Our Workshops

We offer weekly well-being workshops for juniors and tweens (7–12 years old) that aim to
develop children's awareness of their mental health, strengthening their confidence, resilience
and mental fitness.


We have two groups age-specific programs based on positive psychology principles & neuroscience filled with fun, interactive group activities that encourage kids to believe in themselves and reach their true potential.


Children will explore important concepts through music and movement, journaling, art & craft,
games, storytelling, discussions, worksheets, kids podcasts and more!


The program will run for 9 weeks each term (commencing week 2 of school term) and will
cover a range of topics including growth mindset, resilience, confidence and self-esteem,
kindness and community, positive friendships, gratitude, mindfulness, bullying, emotions,
calming strategies and much more!


The activities will be different each term and topics will vary so that the children can attend
every term (ongoing) or just for one term.

The cost of the program is $225 per term which covers 9 workshops.
